The day began on an energetic note with an ice-breaking session, helping participants connect and engage.<\/h4>\n<h4>The FDP featured a series of insightful sessions by experienced resource faculty:<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr Jaswinder Singh, Convener, DOME, SRMSIMS, opened the program with discussions on group dynamics, assessment strategies, and effective question framing.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr Ruchee Khandelwal explored the core principles of learning and their role in improving classroom effectiveness.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr Dhananjay Kumar and Dr Kranti Kumar conducted an engaging workshop on framing clear and measurable learning objectives.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr Vandana Sardna highlighted different assessment methods and their importance in enhancing the teaching\u2013learning process.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr Sandhya Chauhan shed light on AETCOM, underlining the importance of attitude, ethics, and communication in medical education.<\/h4>\n<h4>Interactive discussions, role plays, and hands-on activities made the sessions lively and practical, encouraging participants to reflect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
