Optom (2024), Second Prize: BMRIT (2024), Third Prize: BMRIT (2023)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>PARA-EXPO 2026, the Working Model Exhibition<\/strong> at <strong>SRMS Institute of Allied &amp; Healthcare Sciences (IAHS, formerly IPS), Bareilly<\/strong>, concluded successfully, bringing together innovation, research, and healthcare technology under one roof.<\/p>\n<p>The event was graced by <strong>Shri Dev Murti<\/strong> (Chairman, SRMS Trust), <strong>Aditya Murti<\/strong> (Director Administration), <strong>Er Subhash Mehra<\/strong> (Trust Advisor), <strong>Dr RP Singh<\/strong> (MS), <strong>Dr MS Butola<\/strong> (Principal, SRMS IMS), <strong>Dr Jaspreet Kaur<\/strong> (Principal, IAHS), <strong>Dr Rohit Sharma<\/strong> (Vice Principal, IMS), <strong>Dr Anuj Kumar<\/strong> (Head, TDP Cell, SRMS CET), <strong>Dr Shivank Chaudhary<\/strong> (DSW), along with faculty members and department in charges.<\/p>\n<p>A special moment of the event was the presentation of a handcrafted sketch memento to Hon\u2019ble Chairman Sir by Dr Jaspreet Kaur. The models were evaluated by <strong>Dr Neelima Mehrotra<\/strong> (Professor &amp; HOD, Ophthalmology Department, IMS), <strong>Dr Geeta Karki<\/strong> (Associate Professor, Anaesthesia Department), <strong>Dr Vinod Moga, and Dr Nabeela Khanam<\/strong> (Associate Professor &amp; In charge, Physiotherapy &amp; Rehabilitation Department).<\/p>\n<p>Showcasing innovative working models including <strong>HESS Screen <\/strong> (from Batch 2023),<strong> Visual Pathway <\/strong> (Batch 2025) <strong> &amp; Low Vision Aids<\/strong> (Batch 2024) by <em>B.Optom students<\/em> to <strong>Thera Quad Fit <\/strong> (Batch 2023),<strong> Steam Bath <\/strong> (2024<strong>) &amp; Smart Posture Assessment and Rehab Chair (Batch 2025) <\/strong> by <em>BPT students<\/em>, the exhibition highlighted innovation across disciplines. <em>BMLS students<\/em> impressed with <strong>Platelet Agitator <\/strong> (Batch 2024) <strong> &amp; PCR Model <\/strong> (2025) <strong>,<\/strong> while <em>BMRIT students<\/em> showcased <strong>Pigg-O-Stat <\/strong> (Batch 2023)<strong>, Rad Armor <\/strong> (2024) <strong>&amp; Red Alert EPD <\/strong> (2025).
