WORLD HEART DAY AT SRMS ENGINEERING (PHARMACY) COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS THE IMPORTANCE OF HEART HEALTH & PREVENTIVE CARE

On account of World Heart Day, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (Pharmacy), Bareilly conducted an inspiring session which sensitized B Pharm & M Pharm students about the importance of maintaining cardiovascular health and encouraged them to adopt healthy habits that promote overall well-being and heart fitness. Based on this year’s WHO theme ‘Don’t Miss a Beat’, the session emphasized early prevention, lifestyle management, and timely care for a healthy heart.
The knowledge-driven lecture was delivered by Dr Muthu Maheshwari, Principal, SRMS College of Nursing, who enlightened students on effective measures to improve heart health and shared insightful ways to prevent major cardiovascular diseases. The event was graced by Dr Amit Kumar Sharma (Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy), Dr Nita Yadav (Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy), and several faculty members.
