SRMS ENGINEERING STUDENTS TAKE THEIR STARTUP PITCHES TO THE NEXT LEVEL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What starts as an idea on paper can sometimes become a solution that makes a real difference. At <strong>SRMS College of Engineering &amp; Technology (CET), Bareilly<\/strong>, students got the opportunity to put that belief into action at <strong>EUREKA! Pitching Competition 2026<\/strong>, as part of the <strong>National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC) by E-Cell, IIT Bombay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Built around the theme <strong>\u201cIdeas Today, Impact Tomorrow,\u201d<\/strong> the competition brought together <strong>17 student teams<\/strong> from different departments, pitching ideas across <strong>technology, sustainability, healthcare and social impact<\/strong>. With just <strong>2 minutes to pitch and 3 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/strong>, students had to put their ideas, thinking and entrepreneurial spirit to the test, and they did it with plenty of enthusiasm. The ideas were evaluated by <strong>Dr Shailesh Saxena (Dean Academics, CETR), Dr Ravindra Kumar (HOD, Department of ME), Dr Satya Dev (Associate Professor, ME) and Dr Avatar Singh (Associate Professor, ECE)<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event was graced by <strong>Dr Prabhakar Gupta (Principal, SRMS CET); Dr Ritu Singh (Vice Principal); and Dr Sourabh Gupta (DSW)<\/strong>, along with HODs, faculty members and students.
