With patriotic fervor and heartfelt tributes, SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly<\/strong> marked the 79th Independence Day<\/strong> in a grand celebration of unity, honour, and national pride.<\/p>\n

The day began with Phool Arpan<\/em> to Late Shri Ram Murti Ji<\/strong> & Mahatma Gandhi<\/strong>, honoring their vision and sacrifice, followed by the flag hoisting by Aditya Murti,<\/strong> Director Administration. The occasion was graced by Richa Murti<\/strong>, Director, SRMS Goodlife Hospital; Er Subhash Mehra<\/strong>, Trust Advisor; Dr MS Butola<\/strong>, Principal IMS; Dr RP Singh<\/strong>, Medical Superintendent; Dr Rohit Sharma<\/strong>, Dean PG; Dr Bindu Garg,<\/strong> Dean UG; Dr Jaspreet Kaur<\/strong>, Principal IPS; Dr Nirmal Yadav<\/strong>, Senior Consultant, Medicine at SRMS Goodlife Hospital, alongside faculty; doctors; residents; interns; MBBS and paramedical students.<\/p>\n

Patriotic songs like \u2018Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon\u2019, \u2018Jahan daal daal Par Sone Ki Chidiya Karti Hai Basera\u2019 by MBBS & Paramedical students and National Anthem set a stirring tone. In his inspiring address, Aditya Murti<\/strong> said, \u201cWork hard and keep faith in your abilities and the trust reposed in you. It is this spirit that will shape a stronger and brighter India.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dr MS Butola proudly announced IMS\u2019s recent milestones, including, 5th rank in UP (excluding NCR)<\/strong> and 13th in North India<\/strong> (Outlook & NEB Research 2025), 37th rank nationally<\/strong> in the India Today Best Medical Colleges Survey 2025, and a huge leap to 11th position in Outlook-ICARE Rankings 2025<\/strong>, alongside recognition as India\u2019s Gold Standard Institution<\/em> among the Top 50 Institutes. He also spoke about cochlear transplant, robotic surgery, and innovative facilities offered by SRMS IMS like telemedicine bus, ensuring quality healthcare access.<\/p>\n
