While the family grappled with fear and uncertainty, his youngest brother, Vikram, made a selfless, life-changing decision to donate his kidney and give his brother the gift of life.<\/p>\n<p>The family searched far and wide, from Lucknow to other cities, but answers felt out of reach. That\u2019s when they arrived at <strong>SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly<\/strong>, where hope finally took root. Under the expert care of <strong>Dr (Prof) Sanjay Kumar<\/strong>, Consultant Nephrologist &amp; Kidney Transplant Physician, and the dedicated medical team, a successful kidney transplant was performed, marking a turning point in Ram Kumar\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p>Another elder brother, Vijay, shares with deep emotion, \u201cSRMS gave a new life to my brother. The treatment, care, and support from Dr Sanjay and the entire team, including Counselor Saket Sharma, have been exceptional.
