At <strong>SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly<\/strong>, that gift came in the form of a mother\u2019s kidney, a lifeline that pulled her daughter back from the edge.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>World Organ Donation Day (August 13)<\/strong>, as part of the ongoing campaign <strong><em>\u2018Angdaan \u2013 Jeevan Sanjeevani Abhiyaan\u2019<\/em>,<\/strong> SRMS IMS celebrates stories where medicine meets miracles, like that of 35-year-old <strong>Pooja Gangwar<\/strong> from Bareilly. A year and a half ago, a sudden fever spiraled into kidney failure, shattering the normal rhythm of her life. As uncertainty loomed, her mother <strong>Reshma Devi<\/strong> (58) stepped forward without hesitation, offering a part of herself, quite literally, to save her child.<\/p>\n<p>Under the expert hands of <strong>Dr (Prof) Sanjay Kumar<\/strong>, Consultant Nephrologist &amp; Kidney Transplant Physician, the transplant was a success. Today, Pooja and Reshma walk side by side, healthy, smiling, and treasuring every shared moment, living proof that some bonds defy biology.<\/p>\n<p>At SRMS IMS, organ donation isn\u2019t just a procedure, it\u2019s a promise, a second birth, and the courage to say yes when life asks for everything.<br \/>\n<strong>Be inspired.
