{"id":13804,"date":"2026-09-15T03:09:45","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T03:09:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/srms.ac.in\/ims\/?p=13804"},"modified":"2026-09-15T03:11:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T03:11:14","slug":"fiscpcon-2026-wraps-up-successfully-at-srms-institute-of-medical-sciences-bareilly-leaving-behind-two-days-of-surgical-learning-expertise-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/srms.ac.in\/ims\/fiscpcon-2026-wraps-up-successfully-at-srms-institute-of-medical-sciences-bareilly-leaving-behind-two-days-of-surgical-learning-expertise-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"FISCPCON 2026 WRAPS UP SUCCESSFULLY AT SRMS INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES BAREILLY, LEAVING BEHIND TWO DAYS OF SURGICAL LEARNING, EXPERTISE &#038; EXPERIENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two days of <strong>focused learning, expert exchange and hands-on surgical experience<\/strong> came to a successful close as <strong>FISCPCON (Fellowship in International Society of Coloproctology) Bareilly 2026<\/strong> concluded at <strong>SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Organized by the <strong>Department of General, Laparoscopic &amp; Robotic Surgery, SRMS IMS<\/strong>, in association with <strong>ASI, Bareilly<\/strong>, and under the aegis of <strong>International Society of Coloproctology (ISCP)<\/strong>, the fellowship brought together <strong>renowned national faculty, experienced surgeons &amp; PG learners<\/strong> on a common platform.<\/p>\n<p>Across the two days, participants explored <strong>basic to advanced surgical techniques and approaches in Coloproctology<\/strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>minimally invasive procedures and laser proctology<\/strong>. Operative workshops, live surgical demonstrations, case discussions and video-based learning provided an opportunity to connect surgical knowledge with practical clinical experience, covering a wide range of important proctological conditions like <strong>haemorrhoids, fistula-in-ano, fissure-in-ano, pilonidal sinus, anal incontinence and anal stenosis<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The fellowship was inaugurated by <strong>Chief Guest Shri Dev Murti, <\/strong> <strong>Chairman, SRMS Trust<\/strong>, in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, members of <strong>ISCP Executive Committee<\/strong>, <strong>Aditya Murti, <\/strong> <strong>Director Administration, SRMS IMS<\/strong> <strong>,<\/strong> <strong>Dr SK Sagar<\/strong> (Organizing Chairman), <strong>Dr Amit K Singh<\/strong> (Organizing Secretary) &amp; other distinguished guests.
