Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
An Internal Quality Assurancc Cell (1QAC) is fomulated wilh a major purpose to maintain long-lerm quality standards across all the sections of the lnstitute. I is a signilicant adninistrative body that is responsible for all qualiy mattcrs. The prine task of tlhe l)AC is to develop a system lor conscious, consistenl and catalytic improvement in the perlomuncc of the Institute and to channclizc tlhc cfforts and establish mcasures in the institution low ands academic evccllene. Documentation and collection of feedbacks from students, parents and other stakcholders on quality related institutional processes are also one among the many functionalities of he lQAC.
Objcctives:
- To improve quality in the functioning of academic, administrative, and auxiliary arcas.
- To develop a gsicn for conscious, consistent and catalyic inprovcment in the performance of the institution.
- To discharge the responsibility of fostering quality culturc in the institution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Devclopment and application of quality benchmarks for vurious academic and administrative activities of thc instilution.
- Facilitate creation of a lcarmer centric environment conducive to quality cducation and faculty maluration to adopt the roquird knowlcdge and technology for participating and learning process.
- Organisation of inter and intra insitutional workshops and seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
- Preparation of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR).
- Maintain a copy of the records and file all the activities conducted across all the depart1ments of the Institute.
