Reimbursement up to 75% of Tuition Fee
In an effort to realize its vision of building India as a world leader in professional education and healthcare, Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust introduced the SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme for admission in different programs/courses offered by the Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust Institutions. Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust has been offering various scholarships to meritorious students. The SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme of Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust is specifically designed to provide financial support through free professional education to worthy students from the economically weaker sections of the society. The SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is an endeavor to provide equal educational opportunities to the best minds of India who are somehow reluctant to pursue their education due to a financial crisis.
The SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme waives 75% of the tuition fees only. Other fees such as hostel fee, university examination fee and other charges do not fall under this scheme and shall be borne by the students.
The students who are admitted under this scheme will execute a bond to serve for the SRMS Trust Institutions’ Research Cell for two years. However, if a student is selected for a higher studies, NOC can be obtained to defer the service bond until the completion of the course.
The main objective of the scheme is to impart free professional education to the meritorious students of economically weaker sections of the society.

Eligibility Criteria
- Passed 10+2 examination and obtained at least 60% marks in the PCM and 90 percentile in JEE (Main).
- Compulsory Subjects in 10+2 examination – Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
- Passed 10+2 examination and obtained at least 60% marks in the PCM/PCB and 90 percentile in CUET (Pharmacy).
- Compulsory Subjects in 10+2 examination – Mathematics/Biology, Physics & Chemistry
Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration obtained at least 70% marks in graduation and 90 percentile in CUET PG/ MAT/GMAT/CAT
Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree. OR Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level obtained at least 60% marks in graduation and 90 percentile in CUET PG.

Nature of the Scheme
The tuition fee waiver under this scheme is offered by the respective SRMS constituent college and not directly by the SRMS Trust. -
Applicability of the Scheme
The scheme shall be applicable from the Academic Year 2024–25 onwards and shall be open only to candidates who are domiciles of Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand. -
Minimum Programme Strength Requirement
The scholarship shall be applicable only if the enrolled strength of the programme is at least 50% of the approved intake for that academic year. -
Extent of Fee Waiver
Under this scheme, Seventy-five percent (75%) of the tuition fee shall be waived for eligible students. -
Eligibility on Economic Grounds
The scheme shall be applicable only to candidates from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) whose family annual income does not exceed ₹6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Only), supported with valid documentary proof. -
Merit-Based Selection
The scheme shall be strictly merit-based. In case of multiple applicants for limited seats, preference shall be given to the candidate securing higher merit in the relevant entrance examination, as reflected in the official scorecard. -
Exclusion of Certain Categories of Admissions
a) Candidates who have secured admission through counselling processes on fee waiver seats, based on entrance examination merit, shall not be eligible under this scheme.
b) The scheme shall not be applicable to candidates seeking admission through Lateral Entry in any programme. -
Restriction on Multiple Scholarships
a) Students admitted under this scheme shall not be eligible to avail any other scholarship or financial assistance offered by Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust.
b) If a student applies for or receives any Government Scholarship, the SRMS EWS/Fee Waiver benefit shall be automatically discontinued. -
Annual Selection and Final Authority
a) Selection of candidates under this scheme shall be decided and announced every year by the SRMS Trust.
b) The decision of the SRMS Trust shall be final and binding in all matters related to selection, continuation, or discontinuation. -
Discontinuation Due to Financial Capacity
If a student selected under the fee waiver scheme voluntarily pays the full tuition fee in the second year, it shall be presumed that the student is financially capable, and the fee waiver benefit shall stand cancelled automatically with immediate effect. - Eligibility for any SRMS Trust Academic Scholarship (if applicable) shall be governed as per the rules and guidelines of the SRMS Trust.
A candidate is eligible to apply his/her candidature under this scheme in the subsequent years if and only if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- Student enrolled under this scholarship scheme must secure 55% marks without a carry over in every year of the course.
- Student must maintain 85% attendance in every semester.
- There should be no disciplinary cases against the student inside or outside the college campus.
- Each candidate is required to make separate application for SRMSTFW scheme for each program of the SRMS Trust.
- For continuation of scholarship students need to apply before commencement of new Academic Year, with his/her result of the previous academic year.
- The University will declare a schedule of Admission under this scheme each year.
- The application form should be submitted to the principal office along with necessary documents on or before the date announced by principal office.
- For UG Courses- 10th& 12th Marks Sheet & Certificate.
- For PG Courses- 10th, 12th Marks Sheet & Certificate and UG Mark sheet & degree.
- Domicile Certificate of UP or Uttarakhand.
- Income Certificate less than Rs. 6.0 lakh per annum from Tahsildar/Other competent Authority.
- Other documents required as per affiliating university.
- The applications under this scheme will be submitted in the Principal Office of the college.
- The applications will be scrutinized by the committee constituted by the Principal of the college.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview.
- The committee will verify the income certificate of economically weaker students issued by the competent authority.
- Post scrutiny the committee will recommend the students eligible for the scholarship to the principal.
- The committee will prepare a merit list based on qualifying examination marks, score in state level entrance examination and personal interview.
- The decision of the committee regarding the selected candidates under the scholarship scheme shall be final and binding.
