In an effect to realize its vision to build India as a world leader in professional education & healthcare, Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust has introduced the SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme for admission in different programs/courses offered by Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust Institutions. Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust has been offering various scholarships to meritorious students. The SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme of Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust is specifically designed to provide financial support through free professional education to worthy students from the economically weaker sections of the society. The SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is an endeavor to provide equal educational opportunities to the best minds of India who are somehow reluctant to pursue their education due to financial crisis.

The SRMS Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme relaxes a 65% of tuition fee only. Other fee such as hostel fee, university examination fee and other charges does not fall under this scheme and will be borne by the those student.

The students who will be admitted under this scheme will provide a bond to serve for the SRMS Trust Institutions’ Research Cell for two years. However, in case of their selection for higher studies, NOC can be availed for serving the aforesaid bond after the completion of the higher studies.

The main objective of the scheme is to impart free professional education to the meritorious students of economically weaker sections of the society.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Passed 10+2 examination and obtained at least 60% marks in the PCM and 90 percentile in JEE (Mains).
  • Compulsory Subjects in 10+2 examination – Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
  • Passed 10+2 examination and obtained at least 60% marks in the PCM/PCB and 90 percentile in CUET (Pharmacy).
  • Compulsory Subjects in 10+2 examination – Mathematics/Biology, Physics & Chemistry

Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration obtained at least 70% marks in graduation and 90 percentile in CUET PG/ MAT/GMAT/CAT

Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree. OR Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level obtained at least 60% marks in graduation and 90 percentile in CUET PG.

Terms & Conditions

A candidate is eligible to apply his / her candidature under this scheme in the subsequent years if and only if following conditions are fulfilled:

  • Student enrolled under this scholarship scheme must secure 55% marks without carry over in every year of the course.
  • Student must maintain 75% attendance in each semester.
  • There should be no disciplinary case against the student inside or outside the college campus.
  • Each candidate is required to make separate application for SRMSTFW scheme for each program of the SRMS Trust.
  • For continuation of scholarship students need to apply before commencement of new Academic Year, with his/her result of previous academic year.
  • The University will declare a schedule of Admission under this scheme each year.
  • The application form should be submitted to principal office along with necessary document on or before the date announced by principal office.
  • For UG Courses- 10th& 12th Marks Sheet & Certificate.
  • For PG Courses- 10th, 12th Marks Sheet & Certificate and UG Mark sheet & degree.
  • Domicile Certificate of UP or Uttarakhand.
  • Income Certificate less than Rs. 6.0 lacs per annum from Tahsildar/Other competent Authority.
  • Other documents required as per affiliating university.
  • The applications under this scheme will be submitted in Principal Office of the college.
  • The applications will be scrutinized by the committee constituted by the Principal of the college.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview.
  • The committee will verify the income certificate of economically weaker students issued by competent authority.
  • Post scrutiny the committee will recommend the students eligible for the scholarship to the principal.
  • The committee will prepare a merit list based on qualifying examination marks, score in state level entrance examination and personal interview.
  • The decision of the committee regarding the selected candidates under the scholarship scheme shall be final and binding.
