Admission Procedure

SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (Pharmacy), Bareilly offers admission to the four-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) programme, subject to the following provisions:

1. Admission to the First Year (Fresh Entry)

    The admission to the first year of B. Pharm programme is offered as follows:

      1.1 Through UPTAC Online Counseling

      As per the directives of state government, 85% of the sanctioned intake is filled on the basis of online counseling        conducted by UPTAC which is based on the merit list as declared by JEE Main/CUET-UG.

      1.2 Through Management Quota


      The remaining 15% of the total intake, along with vacant or lapsed seats is filled through Direct Admission                      (Management Quota) based on:

               a.  Merit in 10+2 or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics,                                      Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB), and

                b. An Aptitude Test/Interview carried out by the college.

2. Admission to the Second Year (Lateral Entry)

     The admission to the second year (Lateral Entry) of B. Pharm programme is offered to a candidate who have                  successfully completed a two-year Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks, recognized by any Board of                       Technical Education.

Faculty of Management Science, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly offers admission to the three-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme, subject to the following provisions:

1. Through UPTAC Online Counseling

     As per the directives of state government, 85% of the sanctioned intake is filled on the basis of online counseling       conducted by UPTAC which is based on the merit list as declared by CUET-UG.

2. Through Management Quota


      The remaining 15% of the total intake, along with vacant or lapsed seats is filled through Direct Admission                      (Management Quota) based on:

               a.  Merit in 10+2 or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, and

                b. No grace marks awarded in any subject.

Faculty of Computer Applications, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly offers admission to the three-year Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) programme, subject to the following provisions:

1. Through UPTAC Online Counseling

     As per the directives of state government, 85% of the sanctioned intake is filled on the basis of online counseling       conducted by UPTAC which is based on the merit list as declared by CUET-UG.

2. Through Management Quota


      The remaining 15% of the total intake, along with vacant or lapsed seats is filled through Direct Admission                      (Management Quota) based on:

               a.  Merit in 10+2 or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, and

                b. No grace marks awarded in any subject.

Faculty of Management Science, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly offers admission to the two-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, subject to the following provisions:

1. Through UPTAC Online Counseling

     As per the directives of state government, 85% of the sanctioned intake is filled on the basis of online counseling       conducted by UPTAC which is based on the merit list as declared by CUET-PG.

2. Through Management Quota

      The remaining 15% of the total intake, along with vacant or lapsed seats is filled through Direct Admission                      (Management Quota) based on the college norms and in accordance with the guidelines of affiliating university.

3. Eligibility

     a. Merit in qualifying Bachelor Program recognized by any Indian University or any equivalent examination with a           minimum of 50% aggregate marks for the candidates of Gen/OBC Category, and minimum of 45% aggregate               marks for the candidates of SC/ST Category.

     b. The minimum duration of qualifying degree is 3 years.

     c. Merit score of either of following:  CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/CUET-PG,

     d. Candidates appearing in the qualifying degree are also eligible to apply for admission subject to the minimum              aggregate marks criteria,

     e. Candidates with working experience shall be given preference.

Faculty of Computer Applications, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly offers admission to the two-year Master of Computer Application (MCA) programme, subject to the following provisions:

1. Through UPTAC Online Counseling

     As per the directives of state government, 85% of the sanctioned intake is filled on the basis of online counseling       conducted by UPTAC which is based on the merit list as declared by CUET-PG.

2. Through Management Quota

      The remaining 15% of the total intake, along with vacant or lapsed seats is filled through Direct Admission                      (Management Quota) based on the college norms and in accordance with the guidelines of affiliating university.

3. Eligibility

     a. Merit in qualifying Bachelor Program recognized by any Indian University or any equivalent examination with a           minimum of 50% aggregate marks for the candidates of Gen/OBC Category, and minimum of 45% aggregate               marks for the candidates of SC/ST Category.

     b. Candidate must have cleared either the 10+2 examination or qualifying Bachelor program with Mathematics.

Admissions are as per the following Conditions:

• 100% seats of all branches are allotted as per State Government / AICTE directives through Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
• Vacant/Lapsed seats in all branches are allocated on the basis of merit of GATE/CUET-PG along with personal interview.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed B.Tech. degree in relevant branch with minimum 60% marks from an institutions approved by UGC.
• Candidates must have qualified GATE/ENTRANCE TEST/CUET-PG conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
• Candidates having valid score card of GATE is exempted from Entrance Test conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

Admissions are as per the following Conditions:

• 100% seats are allotted as per State Government / PCI directives through Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
• Vacant/Lapsed seats are allocated on the basis of merit of GPAT/CUET-PG along with personal interview.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed B.Pharm. degree with minimum of 60% marks from an institutions approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
• Candidates must have qualified GPAT/ Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University PG Admission Test (CUET).
• Candidates who has valid score card of GPAT is exempted from Entrance Test conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
