Checklist (New Admissions)

  1. Photocopy of High school & Intermediate marksheets & certificates for undergraduate program.
  2. Photocopy of High school, Intermediate & Graduation marksheets & certificates for Post graduate program.
  3. Original T.C. / Migration.
  4. Original Affidavit for education gap (if any).
  5. Photocopy of Admit card / Counselling letter of JEE Mains/MAT/CMAT/CUET etc. (if applicable).
  6. Photocopy of latest Caste Certificate (only on format provided by U.P. State Government).
  7. 2 colored passport size photographs.
  8. Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
  9. Only Cash/DD of ₹30,000/- for B.Tech./B.Pharm./MBA/MCA/M.Tech./M.Pharm.  in favour of “SRMSCET, BAREILLY” payable at Bareilly against registration.
  10. Only Cash/DD of ₹10,000/- for BBA & BCA in favour of “SRMSCET, BAREILLY” payable at Bareilly against registration.
  11. Address of Correspondence: SRMS Trust, Shri Ram Murti Marg, N-3, Rampur Garden, Bareilly,243001(U.P.).
