EARN WHILE YOU LEARN: WHERE LEARNING MEETS REAL EXPERIENCE AT SRMS
At SRMS Institutions, students don’t just study; they grow, create, and earn while learning. The Earn While You Learn Scheme gives MCA (First & Second Year) students a chance to gain hands-on experience in software development while earning a monthly stipend between ₹3,000 and ₹10,000.
Each semester begins with a detailed assessment that tests aptitude, programming, and SQL skills. Based on performance, selected students join the Software Development Cell, where they work on real-time projects and apply what they learn in the classroom.
Stipend Structure:
• 1st Semester – ₹3,000
• 2nd Semester – ₹5,000
• 3rd Semester – ₹7,000
• 4th Semester – ₹10,000
This initiative helps students gain financial independence, build technical confidence, and take their first steps toward professional success, all while being part of an inspiring learning environment.
