FROM CAMPUS to CORPORATE: SRMS ENGINEERING STUDENTS STEP INTO THE REAL GAME!
Placements aren’t just about getting hired; they’re about showing up, stepping out, and taking your shot. And that’s exactly what went down at SRMS College of Engineering and Technology (CET), Bareilly.
The Training, Development & Placement (TDP) Cell hosted a Campus Placement Drive with Hike Education, opening doors for final-year students from MBA, MCA, and B Tech (CS, IT, EC, EE, ME). The day kicked off with a Pre-Placement Talk by Tushar Saxena (Campus Strategy Leader- HR, Hike Education), where students got a real feel of what the industry expects.
18 students registered, and then came the real test. Group Discussions in teams of 6–7 pushed everyone to think on their feet, speak up, and stand out. From there, 5 candidates made it to the Personal Interview round, where it all came down to confidence, clarity, and how well they could own their story.
The drive began on a thoughtful note with an eco-friendly sapling welcome to Dr Prabhakar Gupta (Principal, CET), and wrapped up with appreciation for the efforts of Dr Anuj Kumar (Director, TDP Cell) and Shaista Zaidi, who made it all happen smoothly.
