SRMS ENGINEERING COLLEGE COMMEMORATES 79TH INDEPENDENCE DAY, EMBRACING UNITY, TRADITION & VISION OF A STRONGER INDIA

Patriotism and pride filled the air as SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (CET), Bareilly celebrates the 79th Independence Day with grandeur. The ceremony began with a floral tribute to Late Shri Ram Murti Ji, and the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, honoring their vision and sacrifice, followed by the flag hoisting by Aditya Murti, Trust Secretary, marking the moment with reverence.

The ceremony continued with the national anthem, graced by the presence of Richa Murti, Director, SRMS Goodlife Hospital; Er Subhash Mehra, Trust Advisor; Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Principal CET; Dr Anuj Kumar, Director, TDP Cell, along with several faculty members & students. Patriotic songs by the college choir, and student Aleem Niyazi infused the gathering with a spirit of unity and devotion, followed by a speech by Rishab Verma, Tyro Secretary.

In his motivational address, Aditya Murti says, “Our nation needs educated, ethical, and disciplined youth who can lead with integrity and vision. Always work hard and keep faith in your abilities and the trust reposed in you. It is this spirit that will shape a stronger and brighter India.”
Soon after, Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Principal CET, appreciated the academic and extracurricular achievements of students, stating, “Your hard work and success bring glory not only to the institution but also to the nation.” The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ankita Singh, Tyro Vice President.
