When Jhilmil Kapoor walked across the stage at the 25th Convocation of SRMS to receive her MBA degree, it wasn’t just a ceremonial moment, it was the celebration of a journey that had already begun shaping the future. A proud alumna of the 2023–2025 batch, Jhilmil returned to campus not just as a graduate, but as a success story. She is now working as HR Professional (HR Executive) at Clovity, a milestone she describes as “a dream powered by SRMS.”

Speaking during her campus visit, Jhilmil said, “My MBA at SRMS wasn’t just a degree, it was a journey that shaped my confidence, sharpened my perspective, and prepared me for the real world.
