Opportunity knocked loud and clear at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly, as the Training, Development & Placement (TDP) Cell successfully conducted a Campus Placement Drive for B Tech (CS/IT/EC) and MCA final-year students.

The campus welcomed the recruitment team from Vide Alpha Tech Services Private Limited, including Vasundhra Singh (HR Operations), Gurdayal Singh (Tech Lead & Backend Developer), Khushi Rakheja (Data Analyst), and Sandeep Sharma. In a thoughtful and eco-friendly gesture, the guests were greeted with saplings by Prof Dr Anuj Kumar, Director, TDP Cell, and Dr Deepak Batra, symbolising growth, sustainability, and new beginnings.

The day unfolded with a detailed Pre-Placement Talk, where students gained valuable insights into the company’s vision, work culture, and hiring expectations. This was followed by an online assessment, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview rounds, all held at the TDP Cell, SRMS CET. However, the response was overwhelming, wherein, 240 students were registered, 50 were shortlisted for GD, and 22 candidates advanced to the Personal Interview and HR discussion stage. The final selection process is currently underway. This Placement Drive once again highlighted SRMS CET’s strong industry connect and commitment to student career growth, bridging academic learning with real-world opportunities.
