FROM CLASSROOM to CLEANROOM: SRMS PHARMA STUDENTS GET A REAL TASTE OF THE INDUSTRY
At SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (CET), Bareilly, B Pharm (third & final year) and M Pharma (first & final year) students stepped beyond textbooks into the realities of the pharma world through a hands-on training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducted by the TDP Department.
Led by Dr Pramit Kumar (MD, Vodawell Pharm Pvt. Ltd.), the session turned concepts into clarity. With 135+ Pharma students actively participating, the focus was on what actually matters in the industry including quality assurance, compliance, documentation, sanitation, validation, and handling Out of Specification (OOS).
Guided by Dr Amit Kumar (Director, Pharmacy), Dr Dipali Gupta (Associate Professor) and Prof (Dr) Anuj Kumar (Director, TDP Cell), the training wasn’t just informative, it was practical, engaging, and eye-opening.
