From global flavours to exquisite creations, learning got a delicious twist at SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly!

The Department of Hotel Management at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (CET), organised a hands-on Bakery Workshop on International Desserts recently, at the Food Production Lab, under the expert guidance of Chef Luv Kush from Hotel Utopian Luxe, Lucknow.

The workshop offered students an exciting opportunity to explore international dessert preparations, master professional bakery techniques and experiment with creativity, precision and presentation. Through live demonstrations and hands-on learning, students gained valuable industry exposure, sharpened their culinary skills and experienced the finer nuances of contemporary bakery and confectionery.
