WHEN DEDICATION MEETS DESTINY: SPARSH SURI (MBBS BATCH 2020) of SRMS INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES BRINGS HOME THE GOLD!

Some achievements don’t just make headlines; they make history! And today, SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Bareilly is celebrating one such moment of pure pride…

SPARSH SURI, from MBBS Batch 2020, has been honoured with the Gold Medal by Hon’ble UP Governor, Smt Anandiben Patel, at the 23rd Convocation of MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

Well, what makes this moment truly special? Sparsh didn’t just top his class; he topped the entire MBBS course across multiple medical colleges, including Government Medical College, Badaun; VMMC, Shahjahanpur; Rajshree Medical College, Bareilly; SRMS IMS and several others. With an exceptional aggregate of 3013/4000, he stood tall among 93 meritorious students felicitated for excellence across various disciplines, in the presence of Prof Rajiv Ahuja (Director, IIT, Ropad, Punjab); Yogendra Upadhyay (Minister, Department of Higher Education, UP); Santosh Gangwar (Governor of Jharkhand); Rajni Tiwari (Minister of State, Higher Education Department) and Prof KP Singh (Vice Chancellor, MJPRU).

This isn’t just his medal. It’s a reflection of years of grit… countless hours of study… and the unwavering guidance of SRMS IMS faculty who walk every step with their students. For SRMS, this is more than a milestone, it’s a reminder of why the institution exists: to nurture brilliance, shape compassionate doctors, and create stories that inspire generations.

Congratulations, Sparsh! The white coat suits you… but today, the gold shines brighter!
