Other Terms and Conditions are
- The Institution will collect the fee every year.
- One year compulsory internship from the institute has to be completed by the MBBS students.
- Security money will be refunded only after successful completion of the course.
- Security money will not be returned in the following conditions:
- If any student found indulged in any indiscipline activity or violation of rules & regulations of the Institute/Trust, he/she may be allowed to continue his/her study but security money may be forfeited.
- In case of withdrawal of his/her admission either from the 4.5 years MBBS course or one year compulsory rotatory Internship his/her security money will be forfeited.
- In case of withdrawal from MBBS course, the candidate has to deposit college fees for the remaining period.
- A sum of Rs. 25,000/- per semester per subject for all failed students has to be deposited in each phase of study during the academic year.
- Fee is payable by Demand Draft payable at Bareilly in favor of “SRMS Trust” or fee can be transferred to our account through RTGS/ NEFT as per following details.

- After completion of PG Course, one year SR Ship is compulsory in concerned department. Salary will be effective as per prevailing rate.
- Medical Checkup, Medical Insurance, Blazer, Black Pants, Apron, Evening Refreshment, University Examination Fee, Registration, etc. will be charged extra as actual.
- *In view of same fee structure fixed by Fee Fixation Committee, Government of Uttar Pradesh since Year 2021, Institute has applied a plea (Writ Petition C- No. 8281/2025) for increase of fee to Hon’ble High Court. Therefore all the students have to be submitting an affidavit stating that “whatever fee is fixed by the Hon’ble court for the academic session 2025-2026(batch 2025) that fee amount will be deposited to college accordingly”.
