SRMS ENGINEERING COLLEGE IGNITES START-UP SPIRIT WITH POWER-PACKED EXPERT TALK ON INNOVATION & LEGAL ROADMAPS

In today’s ever-evolving business world, sparking entrepreneurial thinking among students is more crucial than ever. Aligning with this vision, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (CET), Bareilly, under the banner of Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and in collaboration with the SRMS Charitable Foundation (a Sec 8 Registered Incubation Center), hosted an insightful Expert Talk on ‘How to Plan for Start-up and Legal & Ethical Steps’.
The session featured dynamic guest speakers, Aditya Narayan Singh (CEO & Co-Founder) and Abhishek Kumar (CTO & Co-Founder) of Evoa Technology Pvt. Ltd, who brought real-world startup energy to the stage. Drawing a crowd of around 400 enthusiastic participants, primarily MBA first-year students, the event served as a launchpad into the world of innovation, entrepreneurship, and ethical business building.
The session opened with a warm welcome by the IIC faculty coordinator, who emphasized the importance of cultivating innovation early in academic life. Aditya Narayan Singh shed light on integrating tech solutions into start-up ecosystems, while also walking students through critical legal frameworks including registrations, IPR (Intellectual Property Rights)& ethical pillars of entrepreneurship.Abhishek Kumar shared compelling insights from his own entrepreneurial journey, blueprinting a business model from scratch. Later, a Q & A session clarified common doubts of students on business ideation, compliance & regulatory pathways. The event was graced by Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Principal, SRMS CET, who encouraged students to think beyond conventional career paths and contribute to India’s growing start-up ecosystem.
