A NEW STEP TOWARDS SAFETY & SUPPORT: POLICE HELP CENTER INAUGURATED at SRMS INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, BAREILLY

Police Sahayeta Kendra: An initiative with a meaningful purpose towards strengthening safety, support and coordination for patients, attendants, staff and visitors at SRMS IMS, making help more accessible, right where it is needed!

The Police Help Center at Gate No. 1 was inaugurated today (August 24, 2026), in the presence of senior police officials, with the ribbon-cutting and plaque unveiling ceremonies led by SSP Bareilly, Shri Anurag Arya (IPS).

The occasion was also graced by Mukesh Chandra Mishra (PPS), SP North; Devesh Kumar (PPS), CO Highway; Kunwar Bahadur Singh (SHO, Bhojipura); alongside Shri Dev Murti (Chairman, SRMS Trust); Aditya Murti (Director Administration, SRMS IMS); Dr RP Singh (MS);  Dr MS Butola (Principal, IMS); Col (Dr) Raja Maji, General Manager (Administration), IMS and administrative staff of the institution/ hospital. The programme also included flower showering and fruit distribution for Kanwariyas en route, refreshments for police officials, and a visit to the post-mortem facility.
